A few years ago my mom flew Preston and I out to visit her in England and while in Europe we took the Eurostar to Paris. It was there that I first fell in love with today's favorite thing. PASTRY!!! Oh my, I can not tell you how much I loved those sweet croissants. They changed my life forever. Preston and I walked from bakery to bakery trying every bread, tart, crepe, cake, croissant, éclair, macaroon, napoleon, canelé and truffle we could get our hands on. Since then I've dreamt of going to pastry school and learning to create those delicacies! Can you imagine how much fun that would be?

why, why do you do this to me?! Those look so Divine! I could probably eat those all if they were here in front of me, you may not believe it but I could.
MMMMM.... I took French class in High School and they do have the best desserts!
These look so good!!! With all of the food stuff on your blog, I have decided that I need you to come cook for me just for a week! You have a lucky husband! The wards have a blog that you have to be invited to see, but if you email her she will email you an invitation!!! Her email is marciward22@yahoo.com.
Oh! This post made me homesick for Switzerland! If you ever want to try your hand at a couple easy French pastries I learned, let me know. I have a rockin' recipe for Pain Au Chocolat and Tarte Au Fraise.
