Favorite Thing Day 4
Preston's brother Austin is responsible for my next favorite thing. He bought us the Cuisinart Ice Cream maker for Christmas and I LOVE IT. You don't have to crank anything or use rock salt and in 25 minutes you can have the BEST tasting treats you can imagine. I am not a huge ice cream fan but I love the slushes, sorbets, sherbets and fruit drinks you can make. Right now, my personal favorite is the Pina Colada (virgin of course) and Preston, the ice cream fanatic in our family really likes the the creamy chocolate. We have used it almost daily since Christmas...Thanks Austin for this Awesome gift!

We got one of these for a wedding gift and I would have to say that it was by far the best gift we got. Eric took it under his wing and he is the official "ice cream maker". When in Idaho, we'd always pick fresh huckleberries and it made the best icecream...well now that we live in the middle of tons of berry farms we'll have to take real advantage this summer!
